5 SUPER SIMPLE SERVING IDEAS 

After School: serve cut-up vegetables with a bean dip, like hummus.

For dessert: serve fresh or canned fruit (in water or 100% juice) in a fun bowl—or in a rind turned into a bowl, like a cantaloupe “bowl.”

For breakfast: add sliced bananas or strawberries to low-sugar whole grain cereal or oatmeal.

For anyone who wants seconds:
 put vegetables and salad on the table.

For lunch:
 serve carrots or any other veggie sticks with sandwiches.
